The chicks have just been hatched in the hatchery, and the yield is very large, about 100,000 a day, and the output will continue to increase in the later period. Manual sorting has not met the production speed requirements. So we designed this device according to the scene.
1. The whole machine is designed and manufactured with SUS304 stainless steel to prevent rust and corrosion and protect the environment.
2, The tray is made of imported PE raw materials. The food grade tray is in direct contact with the chick and is safe and harmless.
3, The main motor uses the Italian BEGEMA brand, synthetic gear lubricant, durable, zero maintenance.
4, The load cell uses German original chip, the weighing is accurate and stable.
5, After 360 degrees of experiment, the self-developed PLC program is very perfect, the number of small chicks accumulated after automatic weighing, improve sorting efficiency and accuracy, and reduce manual use.
6, When the quantity reaches the set value, the warning light indicates, and the eye-catching reminder.
